Combines the knowledge of both a studier of architecture and that of a design architect.

Has specialized in successfully coordinating design teams, drafting and design presentation for complex studies.

Proficient in the use of design software since 1995, instead of being alienated from the process of integrated development plans and projects, has offered an engineering and design independence, flexibility, speed and the possibility of fully monitoring and controlling each study through all stages. Starting with early 3D “sketches” of the project and proceeding to the design of all objects in real scale, including information about the materials and colors to be used, enables the customer to fully understand the proposed architectural solution.

Maintains the “MM-Architecture & Design” office in Glyfada, Greece, which recently has dealt mostly with private projects, building energy upgrades and interior design.

PHILOSOPHY

Respect for the natural environment.

Priority has been the preservation of the remaining resources necessary to human existence. By applying the principles of bioclimatic design both in interior and exterior spaces, the aim is to create low-cost and environmentally friendly spaces that offer excellent conditions to the user with energy-conserving behavior.

Respect for the built environment.

The built environment is part of the historical and cultural identity of each person, family, nation, from small-scale buildings regardless of use, to the urban landscape. The aim is to preserve this identity, proceeding with it’s restoration and enhancement while adapting to new uses.

Designing for everyone.

Each person, at some point in life may become a person with special needs (disabilities) due to age (small children, the elder) or other conditions, whether permanent or not.

Based on the experience in public works and personal sensitivity aiming for accessibility and safety for all users, the requirements for comfortable public and private spaces are taken into serious consideration from the earliest stages of design, in a way that does not burden the project budget.
